The issue in Level3 was fixed earlier today. The service should be accessible from everywhere and feeds should update as scheduled.

Investigating —
Due to international connectivity issues it is possible that Inoreader loads slower in some countries. Our feed polling system is also affected and feeds might update slowly. We hope the issue will be resolved shortly.
